FreeHe has been searching for his old enemy Simon Phoenix who has committed over a dozen of murders and other hard crimes.
As a result of a concourse of skillfully arranged circumstances, both Spartan and Phoenix are imprisoned in cryo-camera for another 70 years. On becoming free in the far future, where almost no crime exist, Simon is killing the guards and escapes. John Spartan is decided to be set free in order to catch Simon.
