FreeFeedback is an app for restaurants owners to collect customer feedback via smart phones. The app has a simple entry form and summary area where user can view the feedback results in graphical format. The version of the app works in standalone environment. Feedback helps the managers to monitor the performance instantly. Once the customer enter the feedback it automatically start showing in the report area of the app.
Brief of each screen:
Register Screen: Servers register themselves by filling out simple registration form.
Login Screen: login screen is use by servers to login into the app Home Screen: have two main functions: user click on the green button (bottom - right) to access the feedback data entry form and from menu reports can be viewed.
Feedback Screen: it’s the feedback data entry form, once the customer press submit all the data will be saved in the database for reporting purpose.
Reports Screen: has two screen 1. Summary 2. About server which shows charts accor
