FreeYet Another Simple Forms App. Hopefully helpful to people who have lost the ability to speak, Stroke etc, It can be operated with one finger and can speak any number of words and phases as long as the person or a friend adds them. By scooting about the screen[s] with a finger the words are spoken (Only English at the moment!). It is a beta and comes without guarantees of any sort! It runs on my version 4.4.2 phone and tablet but so far I have been unable to try it on other versions of Android.
Use Menu Design (three dots bottom right) to edit forms. The red Droid switches between edit text and move modes. Use menu run when done editing. Change and add forms as you want. When adding forms using the Button control the top edit box is the caption the lower edit box is the Form Name. Don't forget to backup. Use the Speak button when the volume is turned up to Speak / Mute. It is just a beta and can break!
