PLEASE NOTE IF YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE APP:
If this app can not be removed. Please press Menu button on home screen, Settings > Location and security > Select device administrators > Toggle Shortcuts. After that, you can remove this app.
Toggle Shortcuts provides following shortcuts:
1. Expand Statusbar
2. Screen off
3. Reassociate Wifi connection
4. Toggle Vibrate Mode
5. Toggle Silent Mode
Notice:
If Wifi signal looks good but can not access network, please use Reassociate WiFi.
