very nice ! but...do not forget that dst starts and ends on different dates around the globe so how can it be always accurate?? Wouldn`t it be easyer if we just could enter our local GMT (mine is +3 and in 2 months will change back to +2) and get 2 possible results for any city in the world:
1. standard time
2. Daylight saving time (only if in use)

Its a good program, seems reliable and accurate, a good learning tool. It makes the world a smaller place by virtue of taking away the uncertainties. The world continues to shrink for better or worse!
