HelpDiabetes is a carb counter application. You measure the ingredients, enter them in the application and it will calculate for you the amount of carbohydrates. For people with diabetes, it can also calculate the amount of insulin needed

The application uses a food composition table based on external sources which can be found here : The Norwegian Food Composition Table. It is also possible to edit this food composition table using Excel and transfer it to the application on the phone.
