I had install the products to my blackberry 8320. now, i want to uninstall the product. Why i can't remove the products from my device?? Could you help me what should i do? Thank you.

before i can use the product..it need first code but i download the product they don't tell code there. then i open in mobile need a code can i know what code im going to enter so i can ue the product?
