Hi, generally audio goes to the handsfree on most Nokia devices when the profile on the phone is set that way. There isn't much we can do for such a case if it doesn't since this would be a device issue. There is a full screen menu item when viewing video, when in full screen you can use left/right on the jog dial to fast forward/backwards however in some Nokia devices this freeze the UI when in video mode which is a Nokia issue (this works well on SE devices). The screen goes blank due to the device screen saver settings, you can either disable your screen saver or use a key which has no effect on the playback to stop the fade out from occurring. There is a workaround for the fadeout device issue, but it doesn't work on some Nokia devices (causing a serious failure) hence this workaround was removed.
