Location Alarm 0.3 (new improved version) is a simple and free J2ME app which alerts you based on ur present location from your Cell Tower ID display without any GPS or Internet connection. If you are travelling some where you can just set an alarm for your destination and you will be alerted when you reach that place. (pretty useful when you travel by train or you dunno ur destination perfectly). It also keeps a track of the places you are visiting in your travel and displays them on your screen. This is a beta version and we are releasing an upgraded and advanced version shortly.
