Controls on Blackberry difficult. Perhaps a Blackberry-specific version, that uses letters instead of numbers, or the scroll ball?

Opportunity to 'hold' the piece for the future, like in most Tetris games. Or if there is a hold button...I don't see the key for it listed in the setup menu...

A simple ICON would be great to show on a BlackBerry rather than the current default "command prompt".
