I have only one application on my S55 and it is MicroReader. And I have read a lot of books with it.

A very useful and well-designed application. It works without a problem on my S55 (firmware 91). The application can access the file system of the mobile (despite the fact that the java edition of the phone does not have the appropriate API for it; I guess that`s why this application is said to be "for the S55") and you can use it just as you would use a good text editor on a computer. The application is well thought-out with several useful features (bookmarks, automatic scrolling which adapts itself (!) to your reading speed) helping you to read, edit and, in turn, send (via SMS) text files.
