It is higly important to have the ability to block ALL type of messages from people not in the contact list. At current time IM spam in form of ICQ authorization requests make my IM+ almost unusable as sometimes I have to answer 'No' for spam authorization request every 5-10 seconds.

I think it would be really goo if each person or contact on im you could have a custom sound for them that way you know who is iming you. Like aol has. AlsoI am not able to download the new version of the software is there a good way to do it. dont find software user friendly at all
