You can`t blame the game designers for the softkey issue, it seems to be an exceedingly common problem with Motorola phones, I`ve encountered this with a lot of games that work fine otherwise on my v360. Particularly the ones released prior to 2K6 it seems. Rainbow 6 3 (2K4) as an example I can play on my v360 only because I can step around the softkey problem. I have the softkey issue on Ancient Empires (2K4) during normal play though they still seem to work during dialog, and the navi-pad works though in a lot of games R6 included it doesn`t.

It`s annoying because it stops this game from being playable for me on my phone, but it works fine for my mate on his Nokia.
