Some kind of focus controls are necessary. That or the ability to open a file. The reader takes snapshots at the worst possible focus by default, and even though I know it can read the code, the quality of the picture results in failure ~75% of the time.

Hi, couple of features I'd like to suggest: (a) Include a QR-code generator in the program (b) add functionality to read QRs from pics in MMSes, for phones without a camera - I don't have a camera on my main phone, but can Bluetooth pictures over from a phone I have as a backup.
