Great program, runs fast, and uses whole screen. kanji is a little small, but clear!
This program is great! My cell doesn't have enough memory for the bigger version of this, but I'm off to download the rest of the grades for this version.
Great Programs! Grade 1 to 6 run without any problem. The Kanji are a little bit small, would be great if they were bigger.
Kanji 1 to 6 all run well. Very useful application.
I really love this program. Very practical for on-the-go learning/revising and works pretty well for what it was made for. These "recall programs" have already helped me finish both kanas and now I`m using this for my venture into Kanji. Thanks Ronen!!
The other two apps. Hiragana & Katakana recall works fine, but it seems not to work properly. The kanji images won`t display. I`ve taken a look at the jar files and noticed, that you`ve used a new method for storing the images in Kanji. They are in a .dat file that is some kind of a collection of gif images. I`ve tried to copy this file-after renaming it-to the mobile and it worked(I ve seen the first image), so it is capable of drawing the images. Maybe something, with the way you extract the images from the file is wrong (the older phones may handle files in a different way, and you may not reference the right part of the file to draw) But I think the older method was fine, and didn`t have this kind of a problem, so it may worth creating another app using png images, because this is a perfect method of learning these symbols, you learn them much faster I think, and in an enjoyable way.
Hiragana works great, but Kanji symbols in the upper left corner don`t display. Too bad, this would be a wonderful learning tool.
Must be good, but the images don`t display(the drawing area is left white).
I`m sure it`s very useful, but the Kanji images will not display on the LG KG220. Oh well...
Fantastic follow-up to Hiragana and Katakana Recall. Cleverly written around the six years of japanese schooling means you could use in conjunction with many common text books.
Thanks Ronen for another great application.
