Requirements:

Client application works on any Java-enabled and Symbian mobile phone with support GPRS, EDGE or 3G service.

Connection to RDM Server is completely safe. All data transferring between remote computer and your mobile is strongly encrypted. For data encryption RDM+ uses 3DES (Triple DES, CBC mode) algorithm with 128-bits key. The 3DES key is randomly generated each time when the new session is started. It guarantees top level data protection. The data can be decrypted only by mobile device or remote computer. RDM Server cannot decrypt these data and doesn`t store your computer accounts. The server`s only function is to provide communication channel between your Java phone and remote computer.

Perfect , best software on my phone . I can access all my home PC's on the same IP using different ports during login .I access Email , streaming security cameras & open any application i want . I use direct IP access & dont go through their srever , I believe this option was removed when Shape bought the rights o the software , so you need to pay subscricption to their server now . I can understand how some people could get frustrates & give up as it took a while to setup & get right , but has worked perfect for 18 months now . You can also use dynDNS during login if your IP changes through your proider . Well worth the money & does everything advertised .

Brilliant! I love being able to access my home pc from anywhere. I can already browse full internet and access my emails with my N95 but to be able to check downloads progress, access files or provide mobile support if my partner has any issues will be great. :)

The best remote program ever made for Mobile phones. I have testet a lot of them, an this is deffently the best ever. Well it cost 35 us dollar, and so what. Sometimes we spend hundreds of dollars on our mobile phones, so 35 bucks aint much, for such a nice program.

This is GREAT software... so much better than any other software out there to use between phone and computer. There a couple problems you should avoid. First - make sure you follow the instructions carefully concerning registering the software on the computer you are trying to access. You can have more than one computer set-up - but make sure you register each one. Secondly - if you uninstall this software from you mobile device and you try to re-install it - Shape Services has to give you a new liscense key. They won`t charge you - but it is kind of a hassle. Other than that - use it! It`s well worth the $35 bucks!

how does it work when i go to trial it says demo then when i connect it just says view and exit . Then when i go to view it says Connect to : Computer Number :10-000-000 Username:... then it does nothing when i click on it it then says wrap or unwrap and back. what can i do?

Have you ever been frustrated by not being able to see a webpage on your phone? How about sifting through e-mails you`ve already seen on your web mail? Maybe your client needs an invoice that you didn`t bring? RDM+ has answered all these questions for me. I`ve used this program to view banking webpages on my home computer that are too complicated for my Pearl. I`ve also used it to check my mail through Outlook so I can clear my Gmail inbox on the web. I was also able to open an invoice in Word, modify it, save it, and e-mail it through Outlook to the client while I was still on site. It`s an awesome program.
