You will only receive cellity coins when the following conditions are met: 1) You have already fully activated cellity worldCALL/groupCALL. This is done when you have at least once deposited funds into your cellity account for making calls. & 2) The person you have invited has fully activated their account. Meaning they too have added funds to their cellity account. Therefore this means a success recommendation only results when an 'active' user invites another 'active' user to cellity worldCALL/groupCALL. Then the coins will be added to your account. If you have any further enquires please do not hesitate to ask and have fun saving while using cellity !
