HexStarBoard-Legacy / free download

A clone of a game known as Chinese Checkers. Supports both classic and fast pace variations of the game (fast pace rule allows jumping over non-adjacent pieces). Allows from 2 to 6 players, several levels of computer players are provided.

This implementation supports several board sizes, as well as different amount for marbles for a selected board size. It introduces penalties to discourage a player from deliberately blocking opponents' target fields.

The application provides save/restore, take back/replay and other features. It provides native touch screen support, where available, while at the same time fully functional with keypad devices.

This is the Legacy Release designed for MIDP 1.0 devices (pre 2004) If you have a recent device, refer to HexStarBoard (Standard Release) wich provides extended features such as multi-player support over bluetooth etc

Also available: Compact Release for MIDP 2.0 devices no multiplayer support, help etc, but smaller in size than the Standard Release;
