After the initial sync things have been really great. Sync takes a few minutes but that's the longest you'll have to wait. Works great with my Q. Love the status updates option as well.

Initial upload took some time since I had a ton of photos, but everything else worked well. Definitely a sweet app. Really like the contact sync and photo uploads.
