| Hi shidah. Sorry for your inconvenience with Gibble iM. What kind of problem do you experience? Are you sure you have typed the right pwd? Many of our users by mistake tap in a wrong username and/or password. We have also experienced that some users have the wrong GPRS settings in their phone. if you could please give us some more information about your problem it would be much easier for us to help you. I wonder if Gibble iM is up to support more phone models in the near future? I tried on my Siemens but it didn't work!

| Hi AnaSofia Thanks for using Gibble iM. We're putting a lot of effort in supporting more phone manufacturers. Unfortunately we can not say if your Siemens phone will be supported in the future. It depends how old your phone is!! Until now we support most Sony Ericsson and Nokia phones. As soon as support more phones it will be anounced in the supported phones list on www.gibbleworld.com and on Getjar. Be sure to check it out now and then. Regards GibbleWorld |
