Nice apps! Your newest version is fast to connect and the ping call is dependable.
But it seems that activating the app is becoming more and more difficult with the long long waiting for activation code.
I registered 2 phone numbers to no avail, both of them from 2 biggest provider in indonesia (telkomsel anda indosat). I got my luck with hutch 3. I registered it, activated call forwarding, so i can get the pingcall with my telkomsel number.
Its important that you solve this problem if you want to ge alot of customers in indonesia.

| Unfortunately Telkomsel and Indosat are currently blocking our download and activation SMS's. We're working on the problem at the moment for authorization. Please be patient as we work on this issue. If you register on our website and download the application directly from us, there is no need of an activation code sms. |

Still spends money for...hum, I dunno what? I use it only for sending free sms, and though it didn't spend money on cellity free sms, here it does. Whats the diferrence?

| The Communicator also allows to send regular sms / text messages via cellity. These ones are not free as we also have to pay for sending regular sms. Please doublecheck what kind of messages you are sending. |

The product is working fine for me. The down side of it is that I have to be a little patient while the software is trying to connect with the internet phone. And the other thing, the SMS recipient can't respond back to my message that I sent out. So, is there a way to receive a message through cellity SMS?

| cellity free messaging works as follows: For people to receive your FULL free messages without the download link they MUST also have cellity Communicator/freeSMS installed! Only the very first time you message a non-cellity user will they receive part of your message and a download link to install Communicator/freeSMS. Please review how cellity free messages works below: To send and receive messages you are required to open the cellity Communicator/freeSMS program first. If the program is not open and someone sends you a message then you will receive an unanswerable phone call from the number 00496966102800 indicating you have a message. Now just open the cellity freeSMS client (allowing internet access) and you will be able to view the full new message. TOP TIP: Add the cellity Ping number (00496966102800) to your phone book with the name " cellity freeSMS Ping ". |

I can't forward any messages! I installed the latest version but when I try to forward a message it shows nothing! Can you fix this?
This wasn't happening with freesms.

Works very nicely on SE C702, but I couldn't get the settings for my email accounts. Any suggestions from the developers for this? Because as far as I know there are no auto-obtaining of email settings in the Communicator.

| You can setup an external email account using the options of the Communicator: Options > list of services > activate new service. Please choose "external email". Enter your email address and press continue. If we detect your email provider automatically, just enter your password and the service is ready to use. If we are not able to detect your email provider please enter the necessary data manually to complete the setup. Please contact your email provider if you do not know the required data. |

i installed it perfectly fine. but it says it will require going to the internet and using airtime. on top of there will be charges. is this program free or not?

| Yes a GPRS connection is necessary for using cellity Communicator. The resulting cost is that of the data tariffs (via GPRS) you agreed upon with your mobile phone provider. All cellity products are optimized for minimal data traffic. A typical phone call will transfer 0.5kb of traffic independent of call length. A freeSMS message will transfer 1byte for every character in your message. So a very long messge of 2048 characters will equate to 2kb. cellity Communicator is free to download and install (except for the internet GPRS charges as charged by your provider). Communicator offers the following very cheap international calling rates for making calls: www.cellity.com/en/tarife/tariff-wordcall.html The tariff for group calls can be calculated here: www.cellity.com/en/tarife/tariffs-groupcall.html There are three types of messaging services available with Communicator: 1) Regular SMS. There is a small fee for sending a regular SMS 2) freeSMS. This is free to send and receive since these messages are sent via the internet. The only cost is the data traffic as charged by your provider. Please check your GPRS costs with them. Also please note to view the complete message the receiver must also have Communicator or freeSMS installed on their phone. 3) free mobile mail Free mobile email is now included for free inside cellity Communicator. The only charges are for the data transfer as per contract with your Network Provdier. It can be used anywhere and at anytime. |

Nice graphics. But this spends money, free sms didn't (even a penny was saved)
And I had automatic refresh in free sms, I did everything with no money spent. Communicator is opposite.
Maybe this is because of graphics, is it downloading them?
Anyway, I'm not going to use this so I'll stick to free sms, I don't care about updates. Because, without the "free part", program loses it's use.
Hope you will settle this.
And yes, about bugs, I try to open the welcome message in any way, but no response...
So, Free SMS isn't going to be forgot, not when this Communicator spends.

Well, the application is doing fine but I have to point out some bugs that I encountered. For example when I am writing a message or entering a contact, my display turns black and freezes the application so I have to start it all over again. Basically, that happens when I enter the screen made for writing (not the white screen of the product). I hope that you will take this problem into consideration.
Also, messags from Inbox and Outbox cannot be opened - it takes a long time to load them (I used Cellity free sms and those messages reappeared even though I deleted them regularly). Same thing happens on my boyfriend's cellphone (Sony E, K800).

| Please try to delete the application completely from your mobile phone. Afterwards please install it again and re-register. |
