| mBeacon is a group photo-messaging mobile application, supporting most common models in the market. With mBeacon, you can communicate, chat and share photos with your buddies or colleagues anywhere and anytime with only GPRS3G cost. NO SMSMMS fee at all! Once downloaded, installed and activated, users can send and receive text or photo messages among any mBeacon users. Also, after a user invites others to join his own private “Fellow” group, messages sent within “Fellow” group will be synchronized“copied” to all other fellows accordingly. To run mBeacon, your mobile phone should support Java with MIDP 2.0 and gain access to mobile internet connection using GPRSEdge, 3G.. Don’t worry! It is simple and straight forward. Please contact us in case of any queries (info@01010800.com) REM FOR SECURITY, YOUR MOBILE DEVICE MAY PROMPT YOU FOR “PERMISSION” TO GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR MOBILE CAMERA AND FILE FOLDERS. Before activate your user account, you can run the TestDrive in which three channels, QuickGuide, mBlog and WishList are set up. You are welcomed to send and view messages in mBlog and WishList. Still, you are free to activate your account anytime. To activate your user account or “Fellow ID” (i.e. your country code + your mobile phone no, e.g. 13334445555 and 8613612345678 in USA and PRC respectively), you will need to send us a SMS. It is a simple process and may take you a few minutes. After activation, mBeacon will automatically sign in with your Fellow ID. Three message boxes are set up accordingly. 1. Fellow - only for communication within invited fellows. A Fellow host can invite another 4 fellows to form a 5-to-5 communication group. Messages sent within “Fellow” will be synchronized to all others. 2. SMS Box user can send and receive messages from other activated users, i.e. many-to-1 communication and vice versa. 3. Personal Box user can store messages from “Fellow” and “SMS” box. Though, mBeacon is free, you will still be charged for data transfer from your Mobile Network Operator according to your usage or tariff plan.
