the add or remove application option in the Blackberry decktop manager dont accept Jad or Jar file. It only recognizes file is .xls format dont knoe wht to do about it. I am having the same problem with few other softwares also. Kindly help me urgently regards.

Dear Friend, You can n't install jar file to Blackberry device. This jad is not supporting BlackBerry device. To download MQIM for BlackBerry, you need to download from our company site. link: http://mobiquest.net/MQIM.htm

It always give me an error warn which says: Invalid or corrupt jarfile.

Hi, How are you installing the application, through jad or jar? Try to install through jad. Can u pass ur error code number by seeing detail report? And check whether there is any space available or not? with regards Mobiquest.

What are the steps to Sign Up. If this is the first time i am using it on my phone, it just keeps saying "Signing In"......... No Help provided anywhere....

Dear Ashish, 1. To Sign up, go to sign in page, click on sign up and fill up the form. 2. keeping "Signing In", there would be two causes: 1.1: You need to chose proper access point. 1.2: In India, network is supporting 2G/2.5G, that's why it is taking time. it will take time to sign in. with Regards Mobiquest pte ltd.
