There are different speeding wheels in different levels with three types of balls that is Black, Blue and red
Balls specification:
Black balls and blue balls : try to avoid collision with other balls.
Blue Balls: Slow down the speeding of speeding circle.
Red Balls : They remove other balls attached to the speeding wheel.
