Keep track of time and the enemy!

"Radar clock" is a pack of 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4 widgets simulating the old radar scope with two jammer airplanes, which are moving around as hour and minute hands of a clock. Antenna velocity may be set from 1 to 60 rpm. Most of real radar antennas velocity is about 6 rpm (10 seconds). Widget also has configurable fps.
