Ninja Turtles are enjoying their vacation in Miami and watching the TV news when, all of a sudden, the broadcast is cut short and Shredder appears on the screen instead of April O’Neil. Shredder, together with Crang, is aiming to seize the Manhattan Island by raising it into the air and to send it into space within clouds. Besides, he kidnapped April. The Ninja Turtles arrive in New York (killing numbers of robot soldiers on their way), get onto the Manhattan Island that is still rising to the sky. After that they get into Technodrome and set April free. Shredder escapes on board the space ship owned by Crang. On the 7th level he lands on the Manhattan Island. The Ninja Turtles get on board the space ship and fight with Crang and Super-Shredder. The Turtles win and Manhattan returns to its everyday live.
