Initially you will see all cards turned face down. Tap on one of the cards and keep the picture in your mind. With the next tap try to find and flip the card with the same image as you saw before. If the pictures on both match cards are the same, they will remain opened and you can try to find the next pair. If no you didn't find a match both cards will flip back over and you will another go. Try to find all matching cards as fast as possible.
