FreeCreate a database that contains a master list of grocery items and then choose items from the master list and create a custom grocery list.
1) Enter an item name in the corresponding text box and click the 'Add Item' button to add an item to master list that is saved in the system. 


2) If you want to delete an item from the master list, enter the item name in the corresponding text box and click 'Delete Item' button. 


3) If you want to check the items in the master list, click 'View Master List' button 
 

4) To transfer all or part of the master list to the current list for editing purposes, click 'Create New List' button. 


5) Once edited and finalized, the current list can be copied on to a clip board using 'Copy to Clipboard' button and pasted as a text message on the phone
