iLift and Rest is a simple application that handles your resting time.
After you finish your set, just start the timer and forget about it. You will get 2 audible warnings that give you an idea of how much time is left, and a third warning when the time is up. All of this is customizable in settings.
You can start the timer by tapping anywhere on the screen, by clicking the volume buttons on your phone or headphones, or on your lock screen!
