SHF is a companion phone and tablet application for the Scott Herman Fitness Exercise Community. It features curated views of his publicly available library of workout training videos on You Tube. Scott is a personal trainer, actor and model best known for his appearance on MTV's the Real World Brooklyn season. The app curates the library of Tutorials into work out categories focused on each muscle category. It also provides the ability to search the library of videos based on key words.
