The QT interval in electrocardiogram (ECG) is representing ventricles depolarization and repolarization. The QT interval is affected by heart rates, therefore, we need to calculate the corrected QT interval (QTc). The corrected QT interval will estimate the QT interval at a heart rate of 60 beats per minute. Prolonged QT interval is associated with ventricular arrhythmias, especially Torsades de Pointes. This application is designed to help medical doctor assessing QT interval of the patient's electrocardiogram result. In this application, you need to input the QT interval (in msec) and heart rate (in beats per minute) to calculate QTc. There are 3 available formulas, namely Bazzet, Fredericia, and Framingham.
