Sleepy aims to track your total sleep by making use of one of the most common behaviours: shutting down your mobile when going to sleep and turning it on just after wake up. Sleepy calculates the elapsed time and stores it into Runkeeper as total sleep time. FAQ: How does it work? Simply turn off your mobile phone when going to sleep and turn it on when awake. Sleepy will calculate the total sleep time and asks you to upload data to Runkeeper.
