On Thursday 15th of December 2016 Apollo House on Tara Street in Dublin was taken over by Home Sweet Home, their aim is to put an end to homelessness in Ireland. Amount the founders of Home Sweet Home are Christy Moore, Glen Hansard, Hozier, Damien Dempsey, Liam O Maonlai, Jim Sheridan, Saoirse Ronan, John Connors and members of the band Kodaline. Irish people have come together to look after one another in a time when the homeless where being left to die on the streets.
