Manually set the Start & End time(in seconds) by typing the values in text boxes at bottom of app.
How to use Mp3 Cutter.
1. Choose Mp3 or any audio from your mobile or from Recordings (Voice).
2. Select Best area to be chopped from your audio.
3. Save as Notification/Ringtone/Alarm/Music Tone.
