INSTRUCTIONS
Widgets don't open like regular apps. They're installed to the homescreen.
Pre android 4.0 (ICS) devices:
Long press an empty space on the homescreen and select "widgets" from the context menu. Scroll through the list of installed widgets and select one of the three halo 4 widget available.
android 4.0+
Open the android app draw and then select the widget tab at the top. Swipe through the list of widgets and select the halo 4 widget that you would like placed on your homescreen. Long click on it and then place it on your homescreen.
