download and install "Manga Theme"
open the sliding menu
select "Apply Theme" to install one of the launcher (-Smart, -Aviate, -Nova, -Apex, -Holo, -ADW)
open "Manga Theme" after installing the launcher
select "Apply Theme"
open "Manga Theme" again to change the wallpaper (select "Apply Wallpaper")
