Free1 Mile lets you 'SHOUT' so that everyone in your 1-Mile radius can 'HEAR' you. Alternatively, you can also 'HEAR' other people's 'SHOUTS'.
The small megaphone icon on top right lets you publish messages on the app that is visible to everyone in your 1-mile radius. Further, you can toggle between 'WORLD' view and your profile. The 'WORLD' view lets you see everyone's shouts within a 1-mile radius. You can also post comments on other people's shouts, dislike them and/or reply to the users. Your profile lets you see your own activity on other people's shouts and others' activities on your shouts.
Can be used for following purposes:
* Shopkeepers to attract customers around his shop
* People to find stuff they lost/misplaced
* Find cab sharing partner
* Find a buddy
* Report traffic news
* Citizen journalism
Anything, actually, for which you may have to otherwise scout the area, calls for 1-Mile. It is actually a digital form of a bulletin board, just that you have it at you
