FilesChecker is a tool to verify that the files transferred to your device or downloaded are not corrupted. It calculates the hash value (also called checksum or message digest) of files and compare it with a previously calculated hash value. If the hashes are equals, the file was not corrupted. FilesChecker supports CRC32, MD5 and SHA1 checksum. Several methods are available to do that verification: 1. Calculate the CRC32 checksum of the file and compare it to the CRC32 in the file name (My_Video_[89AF8C3D].avi, common for anime releases). 2. Check one or more files using a sfv, md5 or sha1 file. 3. Compare hashes with an inputted hash.
