How to: if you have lost your Device, you need to send one SMS with first 6 IMEI Digits of your Device to your Phone and you get SMS with current Coordinates ( approximately, +/- 100-500m). The APP don't uses GPS or so, because it's not always enabled.
READ_PHONE_STATE & RECEIVE_SMS & READ_SMS : to check, if it needs to send Coordinates
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION : to get current Coordinates
READ_PHONE_STATE & WRITE_SMS & SEND_SMS : to send Coordinates
