Free- The TRIGGER NUMBER, PRIORITY NUMBER, and CALL FORWARDING NUMBER must be entered in the control panel prior to the phone being lost or stolen. For example, if the phone is lost and the user did not enter a number in the control panel for the TRIGGER NUMBER, the application will not work as intended.
- All phone numbers entered in the control panel MUST have the following format: +1(area code) phone number. For example. +13152551358. The ‘+’ sign must be included as a prefix.
- Text messages MUST be sent from only the TRIGGER NUMBER and only contain the keywords in order to execute the desired tasks.
- The keywords MUST be the only text in the body of the text message and MUST be in all caps.
