Just open the flip cover to turn on screen. And close the flip cover to turn off screen.
Screen on when the cover or something gets away from the proximity sensor.
Screen off when the cover or something approaches the proximity sensor.
This app do not need rooting or device administration (system app). So it is easy to install.
