The Android Application (App) planned to be developed will be useful in conducting Delphi exercise for Foresight studies. More specifically, it will be used to build consensus among experts- using questionnaires, feedback, iteration (or rounds) and maintaining anonymity- warranted by any Delphi. Using the smartphones/ tablets, the respondents will be able to participate with ease and quickly by using the App to be developed.
