SensoSaur is the big daddy of all the sensor apps available in the market with a sleek interface. It has a simple and intuitive interface which shows all data related to the available sensors in the device. Moreover,one can log the sensor data in csv files at a particular rate.It has the facility to select the sensors to log. It is a by product of my research in IIT Kharagpur.
