iQ Kiosk is ONLY for those using our Web-hosted iQ intelligent patient queue management system. It will ONLY work if you are a current subscriber, so do NOT download this if you are not. You will need your Client ID and a unique Tablet ID the first time you start the app. Your Client ID is used to log into the Web portal along with your User ID and password. The Tablet ID is shown on the Settings page under the Tablet tabl.
iQ Kiosk allows you to use your tablet as a patient check-in kiosk. Patients identify themselves, the reason for their visit, the provider they are there to see and, optionally, their appointment time (unless you only take walk-ins, like many Urgent Care facilities). The final step is for the patient to sign their name on the screen using their finger or a stylus.
The Web portal is a sophisticated queue management system with comprehensive metrics reporting.
