Dan relocated to Rhode Island in 1999 and received a bachelors degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Johnson & Wales University. Even before graduating, Dan was buying multi-family housing in Providence. After graduation, Dan started developing these properties, improving their value, and eventually selling them for a significant profit. From 2004 to 2006, Dan Saffer developed condominiums all over the Providence area, including areas such as, Federal Hill and the Eastside.
