Delete all contacts from phone book if you are exporting second time.
Refresh in WhatsApp and wait till it shows 0 contacts in WhatsApp.
Import new contacts in Phone book
Again refresh in WhatsApp and wait until all contacts are sync.
Now open our app and export all WhatsApp contacts.
